Please read these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) carefully before enrolling in Trident Elite Healthcare’s medically guided weight loss peptide program (the “Program”). By submitting an inquiry, scheduling a consultation, or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Medical Evaluation & Eligibility
• Participation in the Program requires completion of a comprehensive medical evaluation by a licensed provider.
• Eligibility for peptide therapy is determined solely by Cellular Peptides and their medical staff and may be based on your medical history, examination, laboratory results, and applicable clinical guidelines.
• Cellular Peptides reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment if it is deemed medically inappropriate, unsafe, or non-beneficial in the clinician’s professional judgment.

2. No Guarantee of Results
• Weight loss and health outcomes vary between individuals and depend on multiple factors, including adherence to medical guidance, nutrition, physical activity, underlying medical conditions, and genetics.
• Trident Elite Healthcare nor Cellular Peptides guarantees any specific amount of weight loss, time frame, or health outcome.
• Any examples of results (written, verbal, or visual) are illustrative only and do not constitute a promise or warranty.
3. Risks, Side Effects & Informed Consent
• All medical treatments, including weight loss peptide therapy, carry potential risks, side effects, and complications.
• Before starting the Program, you will receive specific information about the proposed therapy and will be asked to sign a separate informed consent form.
• You agree to promptly report any new or worsening symptoms and to follow all safety instructions provided by your care team.
4. Program Fees, Payments & Cancellations
• You agree to pay all Program fees, consultation charges, and pharmacy costs as communicated to you at the time of enrollment.
• Unless otherwise stated in writing, Program fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered, medications have been ordered, or access to Program resources has been provided.
• Missed or rescheduled appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee according to Trident Elite Healthcare’s scheduling policy.
5. Patient Responsibilities
By participating in the Program, you agree to:
• Provide complete and accurate medical information, including medications, supplements, and past medical history.
• Use all prescribed medications exactly as directed and store them safely and appropriately.
• Attend recommended follow-up visits and complete requested laboratory testing in a timely manner.
• Inform your Trident Elite Healthcare clinician of any changes to your health status or medications prescribed by other providers.
6. No Emergency or Primary Care Service
• The Program is a specialized, elective weight loss service and does not replace emergency care, urgent care, or comprehensive primary care.
• In the event of a medical emergency, you must call 911 or seek immediate care at the nearest emergency department.
• You remain responsible for maintaining an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider for general medical needs, screenings, and routine care.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trident Elite Healthcare and its clinicians, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or relating to your participation in the Program. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
Your health information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and confidentiality laws, including HIPAA where applicable, and Trident Elite Healthcare’s Privacy Policy. By using the Program, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in those policies and in any applicable consent forms.
9. Changes to the Program or These Terms
Trident Elite Healthcare may update, modify, or discontinue aspects of the Program, and may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, law, or clinical practice. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of your enrollment or most recent renewal will apply to your participation. Continued use of the Program after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Trident Elite Healthcare primarily operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Program or these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith informal resolution. If unresolved, you agree that such disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in that state, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
